Terms of Service
Last updated September 12, 2026. These terms govern use of logiover.com and of the software and digital products published under the name logiover, operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye.
1. Scope
These terms apply to this website, to the guides published on it, to the web scrapers (“actors”) published under logiover on the Apify Store, and to the spreadsheet products sold under logiover on Etsy. Where you obtain an actor through Apify, Apify's terms of use also apply; where you buy a spreadsheet through Etsy, Etsy's terms also apply. In either case the platform's terms take precedence over these in the event of a conflict.
2. Licence — scrapers
Subject to payment of any applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the actors within your own Apify account and to use their output for your own purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software itself, or attempt to extract its source for redistribution.
3. Billing — scrapers
The actors are billed by Apify under Apify's pay-per-event or pay-per-result model, and charges appear on your Apify invoice. We do not process payments or hold payment details. Apify's refund and cancellation terms apply. Pricing shown on this site is indicative; the price on the actor's Apify Store page at the time of the run is the price that governs.
4. Accuracy of extracted data
The actors present data read from publicly accessible pages and public APIs. A source can change its markup, rate-limit a client, geo-vary its content, or publish something inaccurate. Output is therefore provided as observed, not as verified fact, and commercial or editorial decisions taken on the basis of it remain yours. Where a result carries a confidence score, that score is an estimate and is labelled as one.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the software or the data to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts a platform we rely on. Because the actors read third-party websites, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms and applicable law governing those sources — including data-protection law where output contains personal data, and the volume and rate at which you choose to run a job.
6. Spreadsheet toolkits (Etsy)
The toolkits are digital goods — Excel and Google Sheets templates — delivered as instant downloads through Etsy. On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own business or personal purposes, including for your own clients.
- You may use, edit, extend and rebrand a file inside your own organisation or for work you deliver to a client. You may not resell or redistribute the file itself, or a substantially unchanged copy of it, as your own template product.
- They are independent templates, not official or certified documents. Where a standard, regulation or framework is named — ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, NIST CSF and so on — it is named descriptively, to say what the template helps you work on. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any standards body, regulator or certification authority. No text of any standard is reproduced; references are limited to control or clause identifiers and short descriptive labels.
- They are not legal, audit or certification advice. A template helps you organise and evidence your own work; it does not make you compliant, and it does not guarantee any audit, certification or regulatory outcome. Responsibility for what you conclude and file remains yours, and where the stakes justify it you should have a qualified professional review it.
- The files are provided as they are described on the listing. Formulas, scoring scales and example rows are illustrative starting points that you are expected to adapt to your own context.
- Because the files are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable; where something is wrong with a file — a corrupt download, or a file that does not match its description — contact us and it will be corrected or refunded. Refund handling is administered through Etsy.
- What you enter into a file is yours and never reaches us. If that includes personal data, you remain responsible for handling it lawfully.
7. Availability and support
The actors run on Apify's platform, the spreadsheets are sold through Etsy, and this website runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure; availability depends in part on services outside our control, as does the availability of the third-party sites the actors read. Support is offered in English by email at support@logiover.com, normally answered within one business day. No specific response or resolution time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The software and the digital products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising out of or in connection with the software or the digital products is limited to the fees you paid for the item in question in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits.
10. Content on this site
The guides are published for reference and may be quoted with attribution and a link. They describe techniques against sites that change constantly; nothing in them is legal advice, and following a guide does not make a particular use of a third-party site lawful.
11. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Sections 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
